Virtual Career Fair – December 11th, 2024, 12pm to 3pm EST

The Canadian Psychological Association (CPA), in collaboration with the Canadian Society for Brain, Behaviour and Cognitive Science (CSBBCS), is pleased to announce that it will be hosting its fifth annual Virtual Career Fair.

Those participating in this event will have an opportunity to learn about various career paths and positions for psychology graduates outside of the health services and academic settings directly from individuals in those positions, connect with the people in these positions about their experiences via virtual break out rooms, and get tips relevant to your job search!

The CPA was pleased to present its 2nd in-person Job Fair during the CPA Convention on June 21st, 2024, 2 – 4 PM at the Westin hotel, Ottawa.


Virtual Career Fair – December 14th, 2023

The CPA and the CSBBCS are once again be hosted a virtual career fair that primarily focussed on careers paths outside of academia and health services delivery. Access to the fair is restricted to students/members of the CPA and CSBBCS.

2023 VIRTUAL CAREER FAIR

The Canadian Psychological Association (CPA), in collaboration with the Canadian Society for Brain, Behaviour and Cognitive Science (CSBBCS), hosted its third annual Career Fair on January 12, 2023. The Fair marks continuing work the CPA is undertaking to help students understand the multitude of career paths available to them with a psychology degree.

Students participating in this event had an opportunity to learn about various career paths and positions for psychology graduates outside of the health services and academic settings directly from individuals in those positions; connect with the people in these positions about their experiences via virtual break out rooms; and had an opportunity to talk to the CPA about what they would find helpful in terms of career-related resources and information.
